AMC-4 Satellite Distributing Foreign Programming to Ethnic U.S. DTH Audiences

April 15, 2004 - Princeton, NJ - SES AMERICOM, an SES GLOBAL company (Luxembourg and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges: SESG), announced today that it has signed a service agreement with Home2US Communications Inc., the operator of an open pay TV direct-to-home platform, enlisting its AMC-4 satellite to distribute popular, foreign-produced television channels to culturally diverse audiences throughout the U.S. The Home2US service will be represented in Las Vegas at the NAB in the SES AMERICOM booth #C10934.

Home2US, founded by a team experienced at successfully offering pay TV services to DTH subscribers in Europe, is set to provide a cost-effective solution to foreign broadcasters who want to reach a burgeoning subscriber base in America. Home2US, with the support of SES AMERICOM, offers a comprehensive suite of turn-key and a la carte services to broadcasters, including space segment, conditional access, comprehensive subscriber management and fulfillment, hardware provisioning and state-of-the-art customer support.
